Family 3 bed Apt by the beach
A beautiful 80m2, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment situated in the quiet old town center of Blanes, the apartment sleeps 9-10 max if all sofa beds are used and the beach is literally 2 streets away and a 5 minute walk.
The property itself is located just off the main high street of the old town and consequently is next to all amenities you could possibly need for daily life, from supermarkets to clothes shops. More importantly, its in between the daily fruit/vegetable and fish markets. This area also has a lot of local facilities such as a sports hall, parking, children's playground and is well connected with various bus stops and a taxi rank.
Worth mentioning also is that as this is the residential part of town it´s mainly just locals. There are many restaurants and beach front bars but the busy nightlife scene is in 'Los Pinos' a 10 minute walk away, far enough for you not to be disturbed by it late at night but not too far in case you want to check it out. Pets are not allowed and If you smoke, use the terrace. This apt is my home so please be respectful and treat it accordingly!
The 2 nearest airports are Girona (GRO-35km-Ryanair) or Barcelona (BCN- 80km-Easyjet) where there is a train from Terminal 2 that takes you straight to Blanes via a change at Barcelona Sants station. Both airports have buses and taxis that can take you to Blanes directly and we can also arrange an airport transfer if necessary (depending on availability - extra charges apply). We were in Blanes in the second half of August. We had 5 people. Fabian very hospitable host. He took us to the nearest supermarket, recommend the best restaurants and shops. The apartment is located 5 minutes from the beach and supermarkets. Location of the apartment is very successful, its dimensions were comfortable for five. Recommend these apartments.

We live in apartment in August 2015 9 people, 3 of whom were children. Places all enough, the apartment in good condition. Very easy life with washing machine. The convenient location, close to shops, cafes, to the sea for 5-7 minutes walk. True that the apartment is by the old town and not in tourist area where lots of hotels. Our first visit to Spain we loved largely thanks to Fabian and his apartments. The apartment is located a 10 minute leisurely walk to sea. Center of town with shops and restaurants 5 minutes.
